This Business Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the relationship between SponsorLink.au ("Platform") and the subscribing Business Partner ("Business").
1.1. The Business agrees to pay the selected monthly subscription fee (e.g., $42/month for the Growth Tier) via an automated billing system.
1.2. The subscription fee is strictly for access to the SponsorLink ecosystem, including the SEO backlink network, Geofence SMS system (if applicable), and member directory exposure.
1.3. Subscription Price Changes. We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Prices for new subscriptions are shown before you subscribe. For existing subscribers, we will email the registered business email address at least 30 days before a new price takes effect, stating the new price and the effective date. The new price will apply from your first renewal on or after that date. If you do not wish to accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the effective date via your business portal without penalty. Continuing your subscription past the effective date constitutes your agreement to the updated price.
1.4. Failed Direct Debits. If you pay by direct debit and your bank declines or dishonours a debit (for example, because of insufficient funds), our payment provider charges us a fee for each failed debit. We pass this on at cost: $2.50 for each failed debit. We also charge a dishonour admin fee of $5.00 for each failed debit, to cover the cost of processing it (following up the payment, retrying it and notifying you). These fees are added to your next bill. No fee applies to declined card payments.
2.1. The Business legally commits to honoring the discount percentage (or explicit offer) selected during registration for any verified SponsorLink digital wallet pass presented at checkout.
2.2. Depending on the elected POS track (Track A: Integrated or Track B: Universal), the Business is responsible for scanning the member pass and accurately reflecting the sale total.
2.3. The member's saving is given at the till as a discount off the sale. The club's share of each discounted sale (the "member-spend share") is recorded by SponsorLink and added to the Business's monthly SponsorLink bill. Once that bill is paid, SponsorLink passes each share on in full to the member's club or, for members without a club, to the SponsorLink Community Pool, which SponsorLink manages internally to support grassroots clubs. SponsorLink collects these shares as agent for the clubs; they are not SponsorLink fees.
3.1. The Business must not attempt to circumvent the scanning process or deliberately under-report transaction totals.
3.2. SponsorLink reserves the right to audit transactions and permanently ban businesses found to be exploiting the local club network.
4.1. The Business may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty, using Cancel plan in the business portal. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period already paid for, after which access to the SEO backlink engine and member directory ends and no further charges are made. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
