This Club Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between SponsorLink.au ("Platform") and the participating sporting club or community organization ("Club"). By joining the Platform, the Club agrees to the following terms:
1.1. SponsorLink.au facilitates a dynamic revenue-sharing model where the savings generated by Club members at participating Business Partners are split between the Member and the Club based on the Member's elected preference (e.g., 50/50).
1.2. Accumulated Club funds will be deposited directly into the Club's nominated bank account on the 1st of every calendar month, provided the balance exceeds $50.00 AUD.
1.3. SponsorLink retains a minor processing fee (deducted before the split is calculated) to cover payment gateway and server costs.
2.1. The Club agrees to embed the SponsorLink SEO Directory Widget on their official club website (e.g., a "Our Sponsors" page).
2.2. The widget must remain active and unmodified. Removal of the widget will result in a suspension of the Club's ability to generate revenue from the network, as this is a core deliverable to the Business Partners.
3.1. SponsorLink.au complies fully with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
3.2. The Club retains ownership of its member list. SponsorLink will only contact members regarding their digital wallet pass, transaction receipts, and direct geofenced marketing explicitly related to the SponsorLink network.
4.1. This Agreement operates on a month-to-month basis.
4.2. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all pending revenue shares will be paid out during the next standard billing cycle.
