1. Service Availability Target

SponsorLink aims for 99.9% monthly availability of its API and wallet verification services. This is a performance target, not a guarantee: no service credits, refunds or other compensation apply if it is not met.

2. Support Response Targets

SponsorLink aims to respond to critical outages within 2 hours, high-priority issues within 8 hours and standard requests within 24 hours. These are targets, not guarantees.

3. Liability Cap

Aggregate liability is capped at total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
