This policy matches section 2 of our Terms of Service and clause 4 of the Business Subscription Agreement. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You can cancel your plan at any time with Cancel plan in your business portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.
SMS credit packs do not expire. They are not refunded, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.
Membership dues are charged by your club on the club's own payment account, not by SponsorLink. Refunds of dues are the club's decision. Please contact your club.
Returns, exchanges and refunds of goods or services are handled by the business you bought from, under its own returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
