What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits. We also use your browser's local storage for a few conveniences (listed below); it works much like a cookie but is never sent to our servers automatically.
Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work and to keep it secure. They can't be switched off in our systems; if you block them in your browser, signing in and some features will not work.

Analytics cookies (public pages only)
On our public information pages (for example the home page, pricing, club and business directories, FAQ and these policies) we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the pages - where they click and scroll, and recordings of page sessions - so we can improve them. Clarity masks what you type into forms. We do not use it on sign-in, sign-up, member card, wallet, business or club dashboard, payment or administration pages.

Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Local storage in your browser
- Cookie notice - remembers that you dismissed this site's cookie notice.
- Member wallet - your saved loyalty cards and business-card details, so they load quickly on your device.
- Sign-in with Google/email - our sign-in provider (Google Firebase) keeps your sign-in state while you log in.
- Form drafts - some longer forms keep an unsent draft so you don't lose it if the page reloads.
Controlling cookies
- Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in and some features from working.
- To stop Clarity analytics, block cookies from
clarity.msandbing.comin your browser, use a tracker-blocking extension, or simply avoid our public pages - it never runs on account pages. - Clearing your browser's site data removes local storage for SponsorLink.au.
